除了琴酒的杜松子味道，基底以米燒酎製成，帶有柑橘檸檬香氣，非常乾爽。 因伯人 – 鳥取縣東部舊令制國 「因幡」& 鳥取縣西部舊令制國 「伯耆」 取二舊令制國名的首字, 因伯人意表“來自鳥取的人”

On the sake private label series entitled – 庾の醇 畫企劃
The series represents several sakes brewed by different breweries, sakes that are of time-honoured excellence in their brewing process and qualities and long-lasting satisfaction in savour and relish. Each sake frontal label design is based on an original artwork executed by its company’s proprietor Mr Yu (President of HOI CHEONG LUNG LTD) in recent years over a lifelong commitment to the fine arts; each artwork is meant to be the visual component which goes hand in hand harmoniously with the refined liquid libation served and poured from the bottle that a sake enthusiast would only find delectable of a high order.
