Grapes go through a double manual cluster and berry selection. After a careful destemming, the berries go through a cold whole-berry fermentation. To assure its maximum aromatic expression, a natural alcoholic fermentation is triggered first, at low temperatures. In oak barrels, the wine experiments a spontaneous malolactic fermentation and then it is naturally clarified.

Tasting Notes
It is an elegant and complex wine, with a deep red ruby color. We can find black fruit aromas along with chocolate, bell pepper and spicy notes. In the mouth, it is a wine with a very good structure and well-integrated tannins. It is a complex and persistent wine.
