When Bill Taylor Snr. established the family's winery in the Clare Valley in 1969, he recognised the potential for the region to produce outstanding table wines. palate This is a medium-bodied wine with fresh fruity flavours of plum initially that transition to spiced fruit compote on the mid-palate. There are enticing hints of chocolate that weave into a fine, delicate tannin structure which lingers enticingly on the back palate. Overall, the wine is well-balanced with a satisfying mix of primary fruit and secondary complexity.
