Visually, this wine presents a beautiful pale yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it offers aromas of good intensity with very varietal notes on a clean background. On the palate, it is dry, yet smooth upon entry, with a pleasant acidity that lends it freshness.
Food pairing: Fish and all types of seafood.
A low-temperature skin maceration is carried out for 4 hours. Following this, the free-run juice is transferred to a settling tank, where it rests for 12 hours. Finally, it is racked into a fermentation tank where it will rest at a temperature between 16-18ºC before being bottled.
